Services Co.
On Tuesday, August 19, 2008, the EMS Board of Directors approved
the selection of Dave Barone to become the Chief Operating
Officer (COO) of EMS.

Project (Liberty Project).

Texas Gas Greenville Lateral Project
EMS has completed all construction drawings and clearing and
stringing has begun by Sunland Construction and H.C. Price on
the Texas Gas Greenville Lateral which involves 96 miles of 36"
pipe.

Cast Iron Replacement is Ongoing Project
EMS is continuing with work for a large distribution company on
approximately 30+ miles of cast iron replacement projects, a
portion of which is to be completed in 2008.

Mary Smith Joins the APGA Board
After serving three years on the APGA Board, EMS' Shawn Aiken's
term was completed at the Annual meeting in Monterey,
California. EMS will add Mary Smith, Chief Administrative
Officer to serve as a board member for the next three years.
