EMS designs metering stations for simultaneous, continuous analysis of the quality and quantity of natural gas and other gases being transferred in a pipeline. Our design experience includes meter skids for liquid streams as well.

Our gas metering designs conform to AGA-3 for differential pressure measurement; AGA-7 for turbine meters and vortex meters; and AGA-8, which provides equations to compute compensation factors for measured rates.

Our capabilities include a broad range of flow measurement and control equipment including thermal mass flow controllers, Coriolis mass, variable area (Rotameter), positive displacement, electro-magnetic, and propeller flowmeters complemented by a variety of liquid and gas calibrators, flow controllers, pressure regulators, valves and secondary instrumentation. Our engineers are experienced at designing, programming, and commissioning system controls and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and providing operator training.

Our engineers are also experienced at sizing and selecting the correct gas regulation equipment for your project, and are experienced with multiple applications including single-stage and two-stage regulators.
