Early in 2006, EMS was retained to provide technical assistance to the design and installation of the Straight Creek Gathering System, which consists of approximately 60 miles of 20" gathering trunkline, smaller diameter laterals and related facilities in eastern Kentucky for Atmos Energy. Forty-five miles of the route includes taking up and replacing a 16" pipeline that was constructed in 1928. EMS services will include: survey, right-of-way acquisition, engineering, alignment mapping, and drafting.
