An EMS Affiliate is Formed

In August 2006, EMS formed an affiliate known as EMS QUALITY CONTROL, LLC (EMSQC).  The purpose of this stand-alone, fully insured, service company will be to provide construction inspection and construction support personnel to those clients in the industry for which EMS does not provide the engineering expertise.

EMSQC is managed by Shane Honn, President; David Bennett, Vice President of Operations; and Mary Smith, Vice President of Administration.  Corporate headquarters is located in Versailles, KY, and an operations office is located in Baytown, Texas.  The website for EMSQC is www.emsqc.com

EMSQC is a professional quality control services company committed to meeting the highest standards of the oil and gas industry.  Its mission will be to become the "Provider of Choice" by contributing knowledgeable, professional, well trained and safety conscious personnel who will continuously exceed the expectations of its Clients.  EMSQC will further be committed to establishing long term relationships with its Clients and personnel by developing a culture of adhering to the highest ethical standards in all of its business relationships.

EMSQC has information on many quality control personnel.  To add to its cadre of existing personnel, EMSQC is actively seeking resumes from potential quality control personnel interested in working on industry projects;  including stations, plants, and pipelines.
